Leadership Academy

The Recovery Institute Leadership Academy engages formal and emerging leadership in a process of learning about mental health transformation, how to cultivate learning organizations, and critical issues related to recovery-oriented practice.  This initiative serves as a key entry point for organizations that have not participated in previous learning communities or other recovery-oriented change activities, but also welcomes leaders from organizations that have participated.  The academy will be primarily web-based, but will also incorporate a kick-off event and regional seminars that promote in-person networking and deeper engagement with the content. This initiative is intended for leadership of local provider and advocacy organizations.

The intended outcome of the Leadership Academy is to expand awareness, bring new voices and organizations into the recovery discussion, and provide an entry point to the Recovery Institute for organizations that have not been previously involved in similar initiatives.
